Frontend Engineer (Product-Defining)
This is not a “make it look nice” role. This is a product-defining role for engineers who believe frontend quality is a competitive moat. You will be responsible for building interfaces that are fast, intuitive, opinionated, and difficult to replicate — the kind users immediately feel.
What you’ll do
- Build and own core user-facing product experiences
- Define frontend architecture, patterns, and technical standards
- Sweat details: performance, interaction, layout, edge cases
- Partner closely with product and backend to shape what gets built — not just how
- Push the product toward clarity, simplicity, and power
What we require
- Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks and state management
- Strong design intuition — you can spot bad UX instantly and explain why
- Ability to reason about performance, rendering, and scale
- Comfort shipping quickly without sacrificing long-term maintainability
- Pride in craftsmanship and intolerance for mediocrity
